You'll have to figure out how to get all the overflow to cover the whole screen.

It might. That looks like an array of 9 LEDs and it's only 10W power so those are probably 1W LEDs. Plus you don't really need the 'color change' feature, I would think it would be hard to tune it in to the spectrum you want. Better off just using CFLs. Have you considered doing a horizontal scrubber fed from the overflow, going from one side to the other along the back, light on top? Nanos are really about the only time the horizontal scrubber has a use IMO.

I looked on that site and I didn't see any LED parts that would interest me for an aquarium project. If you have some direct links to products you were thinking of using I can give you input on that.

What kind of input are you looking for on the scrubber? What type of lighting where you thinking of using?

Are you planning only 3 LEDs for the main light on a 15G? I would go with something like the PAR38 bulb from http://www.rapidled.com, 7 LEDs, mixture of royal blue, cool blue, cool white, and warm white. They probably don't ship to Brazil though. Something to look at for ideas though.

i'm thinking in use E27 lamps, 2700k, in the back of tank...
and the led for the display, i'm thinking in 1:1 royal blue and cool white, with 14 leds!(42W)

i'm making some projects, about how its gonna be the "back sump", and waiting for some opinions!
    tnx ace!
