FAQ document translation and update

Hello!
I am new to Aglae Scrubbers, but I've gathered plenty of info about it (I am currently building the tank with scrubber). I decided to share the gathered info to Russian forum. First of all, I started to translate the .doc document from this topic to Russian and found out, that I can add much more info there concerning lights/splash shields, lamps spectrum, construction examples etc.
My first question - is it acceptable to add extra info during translation of this document to russian (info, pictures mostly, are going to be taken from current forum)?
and second - I can make the updated version of document in english, if someone of administrators would like to post it here. But english is not my native language, so document will need the revision.
