FYI that design is the original horizontal "dump bucket" design and has been around for decades. this is what the ATS nay-sayers are generally talking about when they say that "ATS cause yellow water and stink and are too big" etc etc. Note that naysayers neglect to mention that IA's tanks aren't yellow because they don't clean the screens in the tanks. Oh yeah, or that they work great.
