    Species of Algae that grow into scrubber

    reading ATS PATENT --> http://www.google.dk/patents?id=NogyAAA ... &q&f=false
    i saw that a few types os green algae were listed for warm waters: bryopsis and derbesia...
    and for cold one : enteromorpha,ulva, chaetomorpha, chadophora...
    i think that we deal with the warm ones!
    soo... if someone isnt getting hair algae, could be because he dont have the certain specie!
    what can be fixed, with seeding from another ATS...
    am i right?

    I think that spores of all types of algae are in all tanks.

    You can try. I think it's too much trouble for the average person.
