The powder on the glass is just algae, probably diatoms. You will always get it, especially if you feed liquid corals food, since the nutrients in the liquid hit the glass before they ever reach the scrubber.

The cyano will go away eventually if your scrubber is strong enough and if you are not feeding liquid coral food. If you are feeding liquid coral food then the food will deliver nutrients to the cyano before it ever reaches the scrubber.

I recently hit about 25 cubes equivalent per day in feeding, and started to get increasing cyano. So now I'm cutting back. It's all about finding out how strong your scrubber is.

does scrubber is anough for feeding corals or i have to feed them phyto and zoo plankton

in addition should i dose strontioum??

i never use liquid coral food

my temp is 30 i think this is the reaon that hte metabolism of algae is very high

30 is 86 F, which is about as high as you can go. I tried 86 but bleached a few corals, so now I'm at 83 F. Here is more info:

    Yes you can dose strontium.

As for coral feeding, you can never feed corals too much. It's only limited by how strong your scrubber is. You can start liquid feeding very slowly, but watch the nutrient and cyano levels. They tend to delay a few weeks before they increase, so if you have not had any increase in a few weeks, you can feed more.

Best feeding is continuous, especially at night. But you can start by just adding a drop or two a few times a day. You want zooplankten, not phyto.
