All in 6 Gallons or less

Santamonica, in some previous posts you stated 2700 to 3000k as the optimum lighting temp for the ats light. Does this mean its better to use 6500k now? Also you posted watts as being "actual" and "not equivalent". I'm guessing here that when a CFL is rated as a"100w energy saver consuming just 5w", then its the 5w that's the actual rating?

Im trying to attach some pics on my converted HaiYang 6gal. Basically I just took all of the media out of the overhead filterbox, extended the tubing for the intake up into a slotted mini spray bar and inserted the closest thing I could find for your plastic canvass. I was planning to use a 5w/100w bulb but guess I should be going 18w? The screen measures 2" by 6". lit on one side.. What would your reco be?

First I need to know where the bulb would go, and how it would be positioned.

    You want 2700 or 3000.
