    Very nice growth.

    3 X 4 = 12 square inch, with 12 watts, 2-sided, = 1 cube a day
    3 X 4 = 12 square inch, with 12 watts, 1-sided, = half cube a day

Your 81 square inch screen is about 7 times bigger than this, so you can feed 7 half cubes = 3 1/2 cubes a day.

    or

    = 35 pinches flake, or
= 35 sq in nori, or
    = 10 grams pellets

    "Very nice growth."
thank u santa that was the results of ur efforts in that hobby

accordingly u didnt include the light in this equation.... does that means that 85 watt is not an element that to be considered in the feeding part

also can u define the dimensions of the cube u means ... or it's weight

You have 1 watt per sq inch, for 18 hours. That's good.

No meaning for a pinch; just whatever you pinch.

    I cube is 1cc or 1 cm3

    so by conveting 3.5 cc
means i will be able to feed 3.4 grams of frozend food daily
i feed triple of that daily with no issue
but i have some cyano algae in the refugee
    is that the reason?

    3.5 cc = 10.5 grams

    cyano is from food particles

A gram is a unit of mass.
A cc (cubic centimetre) is a unit of volume.

    They are incompatible for comparison.
It may help you to know that roughly 1 gram of water will fit into 1cc. So if you have a 1000 grams of water it is approx 1000 cc in volume.
This is only because the density of water is very close to 1. It does not work for other fluids or solids.

so how did u convert it please ?
