How do we add pictures to album

Some time ago I was able to do that. Now seems I cant figure it out anymore.
When pic's are in album its easy to insert it directly to thread.
Doing this attachment route alows to add only thumbnail , and I dont like that.

I use photobucket, after uploading you just click the IMG tag and paste that in. Pictures show up bigger in the thread and you don't have to click a thumbnail and wait...

Full picture and not a thumbnail. For doing that I must add picture to my album first . Albums I have in my profile.

But I cant find way to add pic to that album anymore. That is the question. Uploaded files do not appear in my album. They rather stay in attachment window.

Save it to your desktop, then upload it to your album.

Whenever I try upload to album, pictures appear on the attachment pane, not album itself.
I dont find how I should upload to album.

First pic is album where I want pics to be
Second is where pics go whatever i do.

Maybe someone else can try to figure it out. I'm tied up right now and can't look into it.
