Help modify my old 125 setup.

I made a setup for my 125, according to the old specs, that I learned from my 55 gallon, 9 months ago. I haven't checked the sites in quite some time and noticed screen size and light is now determined by feeding guidelines. I am having loads of algae problems now and I assume it's my lack of checking in and updating.

    I feed:
    2 clowns
    1 Blennie
    4 Gobies
    4 Randall Pistol shrimp
    6 Peppermint shrimp
    1 Maxima Clam
    3 Acans
    1 Frogspawn
    1 Orange Tree

    2 Cubes of Frozen Spirulina/Mysis/Brine
    1/2 Cube of CYCLOP-EEZEŽ
    2x a day
and 15ml of Live Nanno 9 plankton 2x a week

From what I was looking at around the site today, would a 6x8 or 7x8 screen, with two 23w cfls (beer can reflectors), be enough for a 125gal with 1300-1400gph pump?

Also, something I was never 100% on. With feeding guidelines being the main focus, should my pump stay on or off during feeding?

5 cubes a day needs 60 sq in of screen, and 60 total real watts of light, 30 each side. Live phyto does not add many nutrients.

Reflectors need to get all the light onto the screen. If not, then you need more light.

    Pump does not matter.

    Thanks, SM!

    I will go with a 7x9 screen with some 30w = 120w 3000k cfl bulbs.
