    New SPS Chili coral

Just thought I would share my new Chili Coral and kind of newly setup 150G long with everyone.

Here is the left side pic of the 150G

    and the right side

All but one fish was hiding when I took these pics. Not much in there yet in the way of corals, there are a couple plugs in there with Bird nest frags on them. There is 40 pounds of sand and about 150 pounds of Live rock in there so far. I still have to get some circulation pumps bought so I can get the sump pumps out of there.

Good luck. I haven't done well with NPS, even feeding a ton.

I got it in a spot where there is a steady amount of flow, its not blasting by it but it flows into it. I nabbed it up for 20 bucks so I figured why not.

Mine has been holding on for 6 months or so. It only opens when my liquid feeding is pumping a lot.

Kerry - what you feeding? The polyps look well developed for larger particles. ( when I say larger - I mean copepod size )

I make some brine shrimp (1/4-ish teaspoon of eggs) about twice a week for her. I wish I could get something that would naturally hatch in the tank for it. The brine shrimp is easy enough and the other fish like to eat it to, they look like they are eating the water because they are so small, its pretty funny looking.
