What pipe size do you run to your ATS?

I'm building a ATS, just wondered if 21.5mm would be enough, its going to have a variable screen with maximum size of 10"x15" just wondered what supply/return pipework people would suggest.

    Thanks in advance.

3/4" works well for me. It really depends on the situation and the number if 90 degree turns as well. If you are talking 21.5mm inside diameter I would assume its a good place to start.

It's OD I think, not at home at the minute, going to try it anyway, will probably put a couple of drains in just in case one blocks.

I use one and a quarter inch OD on my overflows. I like knowing that water can pass by anything that may get or build up inside the plumbing til I notice something. My WFATS is fed by my overflow eliminatingan uneeded pump.
My return to the display is a one inch.

I like the overkill as well. My little 10G water fall is fed my a 1/2 and drained my two 3/4. My 40G water fall is fed my 3/4 and drains by a 2" with a 3/4 back up.

1.5", but that is overkill. I will be using 3/4" for the next one.
