    My attached ATS

I just put a pastic plate in my display under the tank lamp. The water is from the outlet of my top-tank filter.
After two week, some algae appears in the plate. However, there is still no significant drop in NO3.
    When can NO3 be reduced?

Need more pics. I'm not sure what I'm seeing. A vid of the flow would help too.

This could be to do with a whole host of things, as SanaMonica said, get some more photos, some of the overall tank, more of the screen etc.
If you have a lot of algae in the main display then it could be out-competing the scrubber for the moment, removing nitrate from the water before the scrubber has a chance.
You may need more flow over the screen, or more lighting.
Try and get a photo of the overall tank with the lighting too.
    Plus some stats please:
    Tank volume
    Screen size
Lighting type and power and how much of it goes on to the screen.
    Pump rating
