You might be able to put a shield over the top of the water to stop some of it. Its a know problem with the UAS type scrubber as they can make tons of salt creep.
150G. Reef/Mix
125G. 3 Regular Oscars/1 Jack Dempsey
75G. 20+ Africans
40G. Fish/Reef. Algae Scrubbers on ALL my SW
10G. SW Fish/Reef.
10G. SW Hospital/new fish quarantine/pod breeder tank
6 stage RO/DI system 200 GPD.
what can i use for the "shield"?
Anything plastic.
no algae until 3rd day
Correct.
when they start appear?
If light and bubbles are strong, 5 days.
if light and bubbles are not strong?
and usually i use active carbon in my sump
should i remove it?
If light and bubbles are not strong, it may not grow at all.
Carbon does not matter.
