110gal Marine Fish Base

Hi i need any advices for building a algae scrubber for my 110gal. Marine Fish base.
There are six tanks (each is 50litres) and three bigger tanks for sump.
First is with live rocks, second is with protein skimmer, heater and bioballs and the third is with back up pomps (six with 1200l/h for each tank)
Usually it's have a 200-220 small fishes (clownes, damsels, little tanks, gobbies and etc.)

Ok i have a two plastic canvas with 22"/13" dimensions the pump need for one of them is 10000 litres per hour ?
Or i don't calculate right?

If a screen is 22" wide, it needs 22 X 35 = 770 gph (2926 lph)

If a screen is 13" wide, it needs 13 X 35 = 455 gph (1729 lph)

Remember that these values are for actual water pumped through after it's all connected, so you're likely to loose water flow from the height it has to pump + pressure added by the fittings etc, so expect to need 30% to 50% higher rated pump than what Santamonica calculated (it was more than 50% in my case on one pump).

Good first try!

Since your system is heavily loaded, let's improve the scrubber now while it's still easy:

1. If your screen is not double-layer (like a pancake), then add another layer.
2. If you did not rough up the screen like a catcus (the pic looks smooth), do it now on all sides of both layers.
3. Put reflectors on the bulbs; half of their power is being wasted right now:

4. For very strong filtering, add another bulb to each side.
5. For very strong filtering, increase the flow.

I'd leave the bio balls and skimmer, since your system is a heavy FO aquaculture type setup. You'll be able to feed a lot, and, you should not have any nuisance algae.

And don't forget to turn the lights off 6 hours each day.

Ok i will add another layer tomorrow.
I put a reflectors (homemade ones) today and I will upload pictures tomorrow.
I also have around 600pcs bioballs and a protein skimmer for 300galon tank.
