Absolutely perfect water it looks like from the SPS polyp extension. Well done!
looking really good
Thanks guys.
I hate that i clean the screen and phos immetiately goes up to .03.. still not too bad, but i wish there was a way to avoid that.
One thing to experiment with is how long you can let the screen go before measurements go up. When they start going up, the amount of algae dying on the screen is greater than the amount of new algae that's growing.
Yes, but i will still get the spike when i clean it.. after a week or after a month.. its no big deal, just anoying.. i think the only fix is dual scrubbers alternating screens.. although if one scrubber can handle 2 cubes and im feefing four, then it would mean id still have a spike while the second scrubber kicks in.. is a no win.
Yup, happens to us all Ricky.. for 2-3 days after cleaning levels are higher and I get more green film on the glass. One of the drawbacks of using a single screen. My first scrubber was dual screen and worked better, but like you said, if each screen can only handle 1/2 the food then you still have a small spike after cleaning.
Heres before and after pics of sump.

Nice ATS! Did you remove the AUS Hog.5? What is filtering the tank while the L2 gets going?
