Will UAS speed up cooking rocks

    Hi SM,

I recently got a 65G tank to try clean up my P soaked rocks from DT.
It is only 2/3 filled, no lights and covered, change 50% water every week, but the process was so slow.
Wonder if adding a UAS.5 in there will help speed up the process.
Nothing in the tank so no feeding, about 40lbs of rocks, 2 circulation pump.
Some rocks are heavily infested by some kind of red algae as I posted on the WAS thread.

    Thanks!

The better way to think about it is that you don't need to cook; just build the tank and the P will come out of the rocks and go into the scrubber (unless you are going to put some expensive corals on the rocks; they would get hit with the P, so it's not a good idea).

    Thanks SM!
No, this is just a tank to clean up my rocks, nothing else will be in there. Don't want to just throw them away, quite expensive here.....
Moreover, when this pile is finally cleaned, with shift those in the DT out and do the same.
