    Bentleg's UAS scrubber design

Hi Guys I've been reading your info on scrubbers for ages and its luring me back into wanting to set up another reef tank from a very long absence, i have looked at designing my own from inspiration seen on here i figure i can make this design each side from a from a single sheet of acrylic (laser cut at work) and folded using heat .

    Welcome.

The design will work good; could put magnets on the top and bottom, or a hook on the top. Make sure you can get to the bubbler to clean it. If it is a solid tube with holes, you could slide it out to clean.

hi yea the flaps at the top and bottom are made for standard aquarium glass cleaning magnets to be fitted, the air pipe was only supposed to be standard flexible tubing but i think now as you mentioned a rigid removable pipe will be better for cleaning. just need a method of fixing that will be quick release. thanks for looking
