joining screens?

I have three 18" x 12" screens. I want to combine them to make a bigger screen for my setup. What is the best way to combine the screens?

They never combine well. Best to use them side by side, so one can be cleaned at a time. You'll have enough filtering for 54 cubes a day.

so 54 cubes x 3g = 162g = .357lbs --- correct?

I will go with my current idea of hanging them side by side but with a ball valve and quick disconnect. That way I can increase the sq" as needed.
