    thats y i am changing abit as i have 3in of space in the perpex box easy to clean and easy to replace lamps
    as i will take the perpex box out

    So the acrylic box will have it's outer face facing the water and will be easy to clean once it's removed. Great!

    Was going to do it the other way put the screens in the perpex box then when i clean the screens i clean the box what do you think

    I think your latter scheme is much better as you don't have to mess with the lights each time.

    Had to do some mod on the box as i could not glue the glass in place as soon as i get the rest i will post it so you can see

    So let me try to get this straight..
    You are going to glue in the glass boxes?
    The screens hang in the glass boxes?
    How does the water get out of the glass boxes? Out thru the holes in the bottom? How do you seal the glass holes to the fiberglass box holes in a functional dependable manner?

    How do you get your hand into the inside of the glass boxes to clean their soon to be fouled :mrgreen: inside faces?

    You are also going add more acrylic boxes to hold the lamps?

    the acrylic box will be removeable and there will be holes at the bottom with tank connections for the outlets
    the lamps will be in the fiberglass box to clean the box all i do is lift it out both of them
