another question, can i use silicone on led?
i already glued it with thermal glue on heatsink, but i'm worried about rusty...
can i use silicone just in electric parts just to protect from rusty?

There is a company that makes a silicone spray called "LED Seal". You can probably smear a light layer of regular aquarium silicone over the electrical connections though if you want to be safe. You would not need to seal the entire aluminum heat sink, but you could.
