850ma seems high for those LEDs... they might not last long. Better to run them less, so 600ma is good.
That driver will work with 10 total of those LEDs, 5 on each side. It might also work with 8 total LEDs, but you will need to try it first; the driver will flash on and off if it will not work. Get 10 LEDs and connect them all in series in a temporary test; if they stay on for 10 seconds, then it will work and you can take it apart and put them on your scrubber.

the 5 cm should be like:
leds _5cm_ screen _5cm_ leds
or
leds _2.5cm_ screen _2.5cm_ leds
