    It looks like your getting ok growth now so any amount of more light will be better, but IMO full power for half the time will give better results then 3/4power for 3/4 time (or longer).

    I still have little growt i only have to glean once in two weeks and its only a hand full.
    what is the best against detritus i have a lot and have to filter it out to keep the cyano out?

    The best is to have clean-up-crew eat it. This will put more food particles in the water for the corals.

    I have a few sand stars and the black round long thing that eats the sand (don't know the englisch name) it even split so now i have two.
    mayby i need some extra clean-up-crew i look in to it

    I have been adwised to put a filter sok on the tube from the tank in the sump to collect the detritus... I have the same problem as you with cyano...

    I putt a pomp in my sump with a pipe on it with a lott of holes drilled in it and around this pipe i rolled filterwool.
    After a few days i gett it out en glean the wool and putt it back after a few times the wool gets closer and filers much better.
    I let it in until there comes some air out of the pomp then i clean them again.
    This filters very well my sand is getting cleaner.
    I go with my fingers in the sand to get it up and the wool gets it out.
    For now this works.
