Will an ATS filter water from the effects of coral allelopathy ?

    As the title suggests.

Can't find much info on algae removing chemicals & toxins produced by coral allelopathy ? I currently run activated carbon to counteract this in my mixed reef tank and was wondering if this will still be required with an ATS?

If there are threads or info on this can you please post here?

    Cheers

Algae does not remove them. But they degrade on their own, being consumed by bacteria quickly; thus they do not "build up".
