    will plasma lighting be next?

With all this talk of led this and led that ,I can't help but think that in the next few years we will be lighting our scrubbers and displays with plasma and led will be a thing of the past. Plasma can emit a true full spectrum and has the added bonus of changing to any color under the sun. Has anyone looked into this light? Floyd?

There's already a plasma light available for reef tanks.

    It's called "Seashine". http://straylightoptical.com/products/aquarium

Costs a fortune though, over a thousand US$ per unit I understand
