    ats in a quarantine tank

The ATS will be effective without the use of bacteria,,, just a single aquarium with water and ready,,, only bacteria that can lodge in the glass,,, will keep the parameters in order???

Yes. Put a fish in for a few weeks and feed him, and let the scrubber grow. Remove the fish, and the scrubber will stay like that, without needed to clean it.

Note that a scrubber on a system with no fish load (after removal of fish from QT) won't need very much light per day, or else it will likely just turn white.

OK, then if feasible, do this and keep parameters in order, is to treat with hypo salinity quarantine and not have to do frequent water changes

    Really thank you very much

Once the fish is removed, do not clean the scrubber any more. Some parts will decay, feeding the other parts. It will sustain itself until needed.
