Sizing for 4 cubes

good morning, i am building my first acrylic scrubber after reading of all this posts, i would like to be sure i understood correct.

size of screen is 5.5 in x 9.5 in

5 red led per side with a flow enough to cover the whole screen.

how many hours shall i let him work? shall i start only 1 side led? is it correct i can go up to 4 cube per day?

5.5 X 9.5 = 52 square inches = 4 cubes feeding per day, if the screen two-sided. You can start one-sided if you want. 12 hours a day.
