    Algae Scrubber during tank fallow

So my scrubber has been running strong for a few months now and unfortunately I managed to introduce ich into my tank. I plan to have the tank fallow for about 6-8 weeks, and I'd like to keep my scrubber alive somehow.

My plans are as follows so far to make sure my scrubber gets as much nutrients as possible since there will be no fish.

    Turning off skimmer.
    Feeding anemones more often
    Feeding CUC with pellets
feeding corals with coral food/amino acids.

Will this be enough to keep my scrubber in top shape when I'm ready to add the fish back in? Or do I have to adjust lighting to less hours? I would just hate to restart the entire scrubber.

If the nems eat big enough pieces of meat, then they alone could keep the scrubber growing. So it should not be a problems.

Of course you could also try my fav way to handle ich: Use a strong UV temporarily, then remove it and store it.
