    New to Algae scrubbers help!

Hey guys, I am thinking of running a algae scrubber, currently my Hair algae problem is crazy. Everything covered in algae I have tried everything and no luck, will this help in my battle? Also any of you guys every tried running it with flex tube instead of pvc. All of my plumbing is run in flex pipe, so I can see any build up of algae, thanks!!

Yes a turf scrubber could help you.

Also if you didn't run 'flex tube' you wouldn't need to "see any algae" as there would be none to see. No light - no algae.

Yes you are right. But it was much easier for me to run the flex pipe. With my aga tank it came with barb fittings, so no sense in changing it out.
