    I was trying to help. Algae growth and nutrient input/bioload go hand and hand.

    why would anyone post ask for help then carry off like that , as a englishman "there's just no need " we are a small group and not everyone agrees with are methods but we get results , its just a matter of common decency to give people who try to help others a bit of respect . dngspot as far as your design goes its trial and error one of the guys on here runs a horizontal scrubber and he tried for agers to grow green ended up having to seed it with a piece of someone else's screen
