Lighting Levels

Good Morning Everyone.

I have a trash-bin scrubber set up, but wanted to get the lighting levels clarified. I have it designed so that it uses two 6"wx10"t screens hanging down, with two 23w CFL bulbs in the middle. Because I am using two screens with the bulbs in the middle, am I still supposed to double the wattage?

I only have four fish at the moment, so the strain on it isn't that great, but I will be buying more soon. As of now, it seems to be working fine. I occassionally have to clean the glass (every three or four weeks) and recently started seeing just a little bit of string algae in the gravel.

Wattage is good for those screens.

Algae on the sand is from decomposing waste and food on the sand.
