    Video of strange behavior

Can anyone tell me why my scrubber is doing this ? It keeps spitting out more water on the very end of the right side every few seconds. This large spill is causing a big splash and annoyance.

Don't worry about the height of the screen, I will take care of that once this issue is fixed.

    Thanks a bunch!

You have provided too little information. Rather like showing someone a cut finger and asking the person you are showing it to how it happened.

    How is your screen fed?
Which end is it fed from?
What is the pipe that continues to the right and down doing?

    Sorry, your right.
Screen size is 10x9=90=90G tank. 10" wide. I calculated the screen width based off how fast my overflow fills up a gallon bucket.
    The piping is 1" PVC.
screen is fed by an overflow.
It's fed from the left side.
The pipe on the right is my return line from the return pump.

The flow will fill-in once the algae grows.

OK, what's happening is that your overflow is flushing. The flow is backing up, then when the water column is backed up far enough you get solid flow - a siphon instead of 'open channel' flow. This continues until the height of the backed-up flow drops below some point. Then it repeats.

The solution is to change the flow in a meaningful way to prevent the backup.

One way is to open up the width of the slot a little more. Another would be to put in the cross slots - if you haven't yet.
