    Pancake syrup

Hello Santa Monica and ATS experts out there,

I've been seeing a clear, slime coating growing over the algae on my ATS screen. It seems to be coating of some type and kinda reminds my of the look of syrup poured over pancakes. Everything is fine with the tank and water params. I was just curious as to what you might think it is and if I should be removing it as soon as I see the build up. Any ideas?

<Sorry for the fuzzy pics. My next camera will be better at close ups>

    I found the answer here. http://www.radio-media.com/fish/LFSscre ... emoved.jpg

The pancake syrup is apparently just excess nutrient. I'll be sure to clean the screen in the morning.
