    White dust?

So I solved the micro bubble problem. Now after almost 3 weeks of running the scrubber I have what appears to be white dust or small sand like particles in the water. Are these copepods? What will eat them I don't have many corals yet and only one green clown goby.

That's what corals eat... copepods. Copepods are the most abundant animals in the ocean... they feed everything, including most corals and small fishes. Pick any coral you like, as long as you have enough light.
