How about this set up
Screen would be 9"x14" water will be coming straight from overflow running at a rate of 140gL/Hr
On both sides T5 will be connected straight onto the acrylic design over the entire length of the device.
2 x T5 38W 3700K
ATS will drain into a seperate chamber just in front of the return pump chamber seperated by an airtrap
oh and it will be connected to a 150gL DT tank
Any other info you might need to give some extra advise?

150 gal would need 150 square inches. Yours is a little small at 126 square inches.
150 gal would need 150 watts for high filtering, or 75 watts for medium filtering. Yours is 76 watts so that is good.
A 9 inch wide screen needs at least 9 X 35 = 315 gph. Your flow is 140 gph, so that is not nearly enough. If you can't increase flow (with a bigger return pump), then make the screen half as wide and twice as tall. This will be the same area, but will only need 160 gph flow.
So as long as you are not feeding too much, this should be good as the only filter if you fix the flow. If you are feeding a lot, however, you'll want to have more wattage.
Could easily adjust the flow as now the flow will be adjusted straight from return with ball valve so I can just turn up the flow to the ATS.
The size would be a big issue? 25sq inches aint that much too small is it?
Lights could be adjusted easily too I guess.
About making it wider could be hard but nothing is impossible I guess.

I have some real rough very thin aluminum musquito netting would it do or not smart?
240 total watts is not too much if spread out evenly across the screen. Can't use aluminum... needs to be plastic canvas.
hooked it of the overflow drain and hooked it up on a 750GPH pump now coming from the skimmer chamber in my sump?
its a double screen. Used a PVC musquito netting with small holes. see pics below.
still drains straight into my return pump chamber?
Would that be too much flow or the more the better?
it looks like a heavy flow now though.
