Scrubber been running for a couple days now, with no sign of algae growth

I think the screen might be too small and needs some roughing up

any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

Never meant too small.. just might need some roughing up. It's a 70 gallon tank

Throw that screen away, and get some plastic canvas, and rough it up good:

I live in jamaica and have had the hardest time finding plastic canvas locally. Ordered some online so this is a temporary solution till it gets here

still waiting on my plastic canvas so i used a nutmeg grater and roughed up my plastic screen

I finally have something going on on the screen but it's brown

any insight....
