My screen is 8" wide(cactus rough) inside an acylic box with 1" drain,23w cfl both sides.
Would it be best to run at [color=#FF0000]280 gals/hrs [/color]as in the FAQ or my present flow rate of [color=#FF0000]400 gals/hr[/color]

More is always better, as long as the algae can hold on to the screen.
