ATS PLACEMENT?

what should be the placement of a scrubber if i m using both ATS and skimmer?Should skimmer be placed first in the sump or ATS? or whatever?
and can VELCRO be used as algae scrubber on the screen successfully? and which side should be used pointed or the other one?

For filtering, it does not matter. For pods, you want the scrubber to be the last thing before the display.

I don't have any experience with velcro.
