    maintenance and lighting

I got my scrubber running and it's growing in nicely. when I go to clean the screen, do I just run it under tap water or ro water?

I have 4 23w flood bulbs lighting the screen(2 on each side) I bought 2 8.5'' reflectors, will the 28w spirals work better. I read that these are better than the fllod bulbs. I would like to know before trying them.

And has anyone noticed faster evaporation from using a scrubber. Mine evaporates more now than it did before.

the spiral bulbs do work a little better,as far a cleaning goes just do it in the sink. for the first few cleanings just use your hands to rub algae off ,,after that you will want something to scrape it off such as a creditcard, spatchula,or brush,,but i think the brush removes to much IMO

Yes it will evaporate more unless you enclose it.
