    Can i pipe a scrubber into my return line going into the sump or do i need a separte pump for a scrubber

    my water can drop 2 in a day in my sump should the screen be in the water enough so that when the water level drops its still in the water or is it ok that it will be out of the water for a couple hours till i get home

    OK i built a scrubber but now i have tons od micro bubbles and they are making it to my tank how can i stop that

    The only reason you need the bottom of the screen to touch the water in the sump is to keep it quiet, and to reduce bubbles.

    Also for bubbles, keep the screen as far away as possible from the return. Or, reduce flow. Or, use a under-over-under:

    ok im setting up a 90gal rr tank and built a scrubber it 15x 7 and its been running for 3 days and no sign of algea grow is this normal an how much flow should i have

    Normal.

    Flow is 24 hours, and is at least 35 gph per inch of width of screen, EVEN IF one sided [60 lph per cm].
