    Phosphates leveled @ 1ppm?

I've had my tank for just over 2 months. The ATS is the only filtration in the tank. Ammonia & nitrites have been 0 for at least 6 weeks. Nitrates recently dropped to 0 as well, but was 10-20 ppm for awhile before finally measuring 0 for the past week. But phosphate has measured 1.0 ppm for the past several weeks.

I'm starting to see a lot of bubble algae in the display. I'm concerned that either my ATS is underpowered or perhaps theres some kind of phosphate sink in my aquarium... ATS growth seems pretty brisk to me, dark green
algae is now growing pretty thick & fast. It's a dark green color but kinda slimy. I dont know if this is the right kind of algae... I do clean it every week & it grows back really fast...
    What's going on?

Sounds fine. Phosphate should be coming down soon.
