algae dried for 3 days

hi, accidently 3 days ago i forgot to plug in the PH, so obviously the algae dried.. n my screen bended.

3 days ago i just cleaned the screen one side, so the other one hv full of thick algae, but i forgot to turn the PH back ON.
yesterday nite i just realised it.

i wonder, will the no3 back to the tank ?

Just clean everything off both sides and start fresh. Will be good again in a week.
