Both or one of them? im not really expecting much green growth yet with the amount of nutrients in the system. this type of growth should be expected at this time right?

Seems darks. More light or more hours would help.

here is a video of Day 12.. I put the lights on an 18 hour cycle now with these bulbs.. What wattage would you recommend It ry if these don't work properly?

Could probably use twice the light.
