Yes I tried one. Did not work as you don't have strong enough LED's on that panel. All that panel does is give you a nice warm red glow.

They try to sell these as panels for growing plants, but I suspect no one can do that using one of these.

You want more wattage. Many horticulture sites sell the same size panel in 45w and 55w.
