    Thanks. Yes that will work.

    However, it is a lot of extra parts, when most people really only need less light for the first few weeks. So, plugging in 1 light works for this.

    Also, it's a lot to corrode and fail.

    May also cause the center of a growth area to die and detach, from lack of light. The solution to this is full brightness, to create a growth rign in the middle, which allows full light and flow to reach the roots in the middle. See my other post about Growth Rings.

    But of course if you really want a dimmer, this will work
