This HOG2x scrubber® has just been brushed clean, and is a good example of how the Green Grabber® rough rocky surfaces holds on to remnants of growth to make re-growth faster.

This HOG2 or 2x, which works on both fresh and saltwater, is on the side of a freshwater tank where it can easily be given to the fish for feeding.

This HOG2 or 2x in freshwater is at the back of the tank, and can be laid back on the gravel so the fish can eat.

The HOG2x scrubber® is the largest ATS solution for freshwater tanks. Most people put it on the display glass, and you can open it for fish to swim inside and feed once or twice a week. The "X" is Xtra LED lights, compred to the HOG2, and strings are not needed in freshwater.

This HOG2x (tm) looks like it was just installed today. The blue tape is holding the black shade cloth (because new installs need less light), and the paper notes are dangling to be read.

Since HOG® scrubbers attach to both sides of the glass, there is some red light glow along the glass.

The HOG2x® has the same light as the larger HOG3 but without the strings, making the HOG2x best for freshwater.
